RETURN POLICY

Each item purchased on Cargoran.com may be returned within 30 Days from the Date of Receipt, for any reason.

!ATTENTION!

Return shipping costs of €9.90 VAT included are always borne by the Customer, who may purchase a shipping label via the email they will receive after activating the return procedure.

The refund is issued in favor of the Customer upon receipt of the goods and following verification of the RETURN ACCEPTANCE REQUIREMENTS specified below.

RETURN ACCEPTANCE REQUIREMENTS

An item may be returned for any reason (Malfunction, Damaged, Replacement, Exchange, Not Compatible, Different, Change of mind, Not Usable) if it COMPLIES with the following guidelines:

  • The item may be returned within 30 Days from the date of receipt
  • The condition of the item and all components inside the box must be the same as at the time of purchase
  • The packaging condition must be the same as at the time of purchase, except for external packaging (airball, cardboard or product box)
  • The item must not have undergone any modification
  • The item must be complete with all its original parts, including packaging

 

Before purchasing, it is recommended to carefully read the technical materials (instructions and compatibility) available on the product pages.

 

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM

  1. Start the return procedure from your account by clicking on "Request Return" within the order and proceed with payment of the return costs
  2. You will be contacted by our team for the return label and instructions on how to deliver the package
  3. Download the Return Form from the link above, fill it in and insert it inside your package.
  4. Pack the goods securely.

IF THE ITEM DOES NOT MEET THE ACCEPTANCE REQUIREMENTS

If the returned item is:

Damaged, Used, Worn, Modified, with Missing Parts, Missing or Damaged Packaging, CARGORAN, based on the nature of the issue, reserves the right not to provide any refund or to charge costs that will be determined based on the actual condition of the product and all its components.

 

REFUND

If the return meets all acceptance requirements, the refund will be issued automatically to the original payment method, within 24-48 working hours after receipt of the return.

Refund times may vary depending on the payment method used:

If Credit – Debit Card, timing depends on the provider that processed the original transaction and may vary between 5 and 10 working days.

If PayPal, the refund time is approximately 24 working hours.

It is not possible to request a refund to a different account than the one used for the purchase.
